Spartan Training #1 weeks 9, 10, and 11

This is an accumulation of Spartan Training #1 weeks 9 - 11. I didn't get pictures of every pages I sketched but this is quite a bit. I need to grab pictures of the week 12 stuff, and post of Week #1 of Spartan Training #2 which I started 2 days ago. Woot!
